BETA AIR is a joint stock company which Parent company IRKUT possesses 73,44% of registered capital. Other stakeholders: Beriev Aircraft Company, Ilta Trade Finance C.A., Аlliance International Maritime Ltd., FTK Company, Region-Integration LTD have 25,56% of shares. BETA AIR has two regional offices - one in Moscow and one in Irkutsk (both in Russia).

Structurally the company consists of 11 departments (including Accounts department and Chief Metrologist office) which superiors are subordinated to Director General who manages the enterprise.
