26.09.2008 International Exhibition of Testing Equipment, Systems and Technologies of Aerospace Industry “Aerospace Testing Russia 2009” took place from the 25th to the 27th September 2007 in Olympiysky Sport Complex. A number of leading measuring equipment manufacturers took part in the exhibition. For BETA AIR this annual participation has become a traditional way to meet clients and exchange experiences.

11.09.2008 Traditionally, The Seventh International Exhibition and Scientific Conference on Hydroaviation “Gidroaviasalon” gathered in the city of Gelendzhik a lot of specialists in the sphere of aviation equipment development and manufacture.

09.19.2008 BETA AIR undergoes a new stage in its development – recently the company put into operation a new production workshop with an area more than 1000 square meters. That was made in the context of modernization effort in order to increase manufacturing efficiency and refine business process. Such product facility expansion was caused by increasing number of delivery orders. In future it will help BETA AIR to accomplish more orders with higher quality of customs service.

24.04.2008. BETA AIR signed agreement with Sukhoi Civil Aircraft on operation launch for its Network Data Acquisition System “NMCS-2S” manufactured to the order of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft for benchmark trials of SSJ power system. In the context of SSJ project, NMCS-2S underwent tests on Aeroelectromash PLC (Moscow) facilities that resulted in system operation approval.

11.04.2008. ATE-200.B trial operation has started in St. Petersburg Scientific Research Institute of Radio Equipment (VNIIRA). The station is manufactured by BETA AIR and will be used to test LRUs of VNIIRA’s manufacture during maintenance and production.

7.04.2008. ATE-200 was put into service at VARZ-400 Airplane Overhaul Facility (Moscow). The acquisition was made in the context of modernization effort conducted by VARZ-400 dedicated to development of modern material resources for Russian- and Western-built aircraft maintenance.

20.02.2008. After a series of tests performed in compliance with Russia’s national standard GOST RV 8.560-95, ATE-200 type B, MB and PR obtained military measurement instrument certificate (SI VN type) issued by Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology and Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation. The certificate allows ATE-200 operation as military measurement instrument with 2-year calibration interval.
