Aftersale service of the equipment supplied by our company both in guarantee and in afterguarantee period is stipulated in the obligatory agreement to a supply contract. Level and thoroughness of aftersale service organization and its components are defined by a Customer.

Aftersale service offers settlement of any maintenance problem. For example, organization of standby equipment elements fund, periodic service support and equipment check-out; organization of periodic advance customer training on the operator’s base; extended professional training in independent manufacturability extension; recondition of the equipment in afterguarantee period carried out on the operator’s base and etc.
